
Rooms 1, 2, 9 and 16 are
the learning environments for our middle syndicate.

Janine Johnston is the teacher in Room 2. She
leads the Middle Syndicate team. She has ably led our teaching team on our
journey to implement the philosophies and practices of the Revised New
Zealand Curriculum. She has been selected for training in the National
Aspiring Principals programme. |

Julie McGregor is the teacher in Room 1. She
brings a wealth of experience to her teaching. Julie leads our health
curriculum team, and is the staff representative on the Friends of the
School. |

Sue Miller teaches literacy each morning in
Room 9. Sue is the literacy lead teacher for our school, and leads the Sounds
Alive and Words Alive initiative. |

Julia Lawson teaches in Room 9 each
afternoon. Julia brings a passion for science, and leads this curriculum area
in our school. Julia has responsibility for our Gifted and Talented
programmes across the school. |

Ellen Worth teaches in Room 16 each morning
and Reading Recovery each afternoon. Ellen brings a creative approach to her
teaching, and a passion for drama education. |

Jules Clunie
teaches in Room 16 each afternoon, and in Room 2 on
a Thursday morning. Positive and calm, Jules develops an effective classroom
learning environment. Jules has responsibility for sport at our school. |
